Food just tastes better on a stick! Combine a fresh picked local apple and some yummy caramel and I am in heaven! Last week was the trial run for the type of apple and the texture of caramel. I bought two kinds of apples - green/yellow Silken and good old MacIntosh. I choose small ones because after the caramel is gone who want's a big naked apple on a stick?
