Parchment baking paper,
Bad Duck Caramel -1 bar/two apples
small apples (it's not about the apple)
stick of some sort - like a chopstick
microwave safe bowl
Don't let it bubble too much as the caramel will become brittle. Oh well! Eat that one and start again.
If it isn't soft enough- put it back in the microwave for a bit more (10 second bursts) Careful! You might need oven mitts.
